This was the church next to our hotel that is famous for a mysterious staircase. It was a beautiful staircase but the church was a little creepy. And of course my husband felt it was important for me to have holy water thrown on me. I don't think the lady at the desk thought it was that funny.
Robert and I got married 7 years ago and the week we got back from our honeymoon we immediately began our ministry together. We didn't stop for a vacation until 7 years later. We finally decided that after two children and a few different addresses we should be ok to take a break. We went to Santa Fe, Gloreitta and Albuquerque. We went shopping, got massages, rode a ski lift, went to a marriage retreat, ate at unique restaurants, saw a movie and spent time with the Cook family at their home in Albuquerque. Wow! It was a great vacation. Hopefully, we won't wait 7 more years to go on another one:)
